Sleepium is a virtual reality sleep meditation app to improve sleep through learning to self-manage your anxiety. You train with a wearable EEG headband that measures brainwave data during the day and then view the same immersive content on your VR headset before bed at night.
The goal is to create an associative or stored memory you can go back to whenever you need to downshift your nervous system. Your own thoughts pack a lot of power to self-heal.
Our membership not only offers peaceful nature-based experiences that soothe you to sleep, but it immerses you inside that content through a virtual reality format, all with the ability to see your brainwave data in real-time so you can train the brainwaves most associated with self-managing anxiety.

We created the app, Healium (which contains Sleepium), which is available to download on a VR headset like the Meta Quest 2 or Pico VR headsets. Purchase a VR headset from your favorite retailer. We don’t make the BrainLink Lite EEG headband but you can purchase one from us and we’ll ship it to you.
Your membership to Healium Pro includes access to our entire library of more than 30 VR experiences. We add new content every 60 days for Pro members. You also have access to your own data dashboard where you can check your scores that are saved after every session. You have the ability to pair a wearable (currently the BrainLink Lite EEG headband, but more coming soon) to train your brain in virtual reality. You also get full access to our mobile app on your phone or tablet.
The nature-based VR experiences and guided meditation voiceovers are designed to help you into a state of focused calm which is clinically proven to help you self-manage anxious thoughts. During the day, you’ll use VR and the BrainLink Lite EEG headband to train your brain for resilience. The training is built into the app by seeing your brainwaves represented as a glowing firefly on a graph. Keep your firefly above your baseline. If it drops, you’ll need to shift your focus, your thoughts, or relax your body. After consistent training, you should notice that it’s easier to naturally downshift your nervous system on your own. At first, you might also benefit from using the VR content again at night before you fall asleep (without brain training).
VR headsets have the same type of blue-light blocking technology that’s built into our phones. You can turn on “night mode” or adjust these in the settings according to your VR headset manufacturer’s instructions.
