When you create a Pico account for the first time, you have to verify your email address. If you don’t verify your email address first and try to log in, you will receive a “Timed Out” error inside the headset and you won’t be able to download even free apps from the Pico app store. To resolve this go to your email, search in your email for PICO and click the link in that email to verify your email address. Then, you should be able to log in with the credentials you just created and download items from the app store.
