1. Install the Healium mobile app and the Healium watch app from the Apple App Store.
2. Log in on the Healium application on your phone.
3. Navigate to Profile -> ‘Paired Devices’. on your phone
4. Click on the green ‘Connect Apple Watch’ button.
5. Once prompted by the Healium phone App, head to your Apple watch App.
6. Launch the Healium app on the watch and press the green play button.
7. Your watch should now be set up and connected to your phone.
8. To end the connection, click the red Stop button.
1. Ensure you’ve connected the Apple Watch app to the Phone App at least once. If not, follow the setup process mentioned above.
2. Open the Healium app on your Apple Vision Pro goggles and download the experience you want to watch.
3. When you attempt to play an experience, the app will prompt you to connect to the Apple Watch.
4. When prompted, open the Healium app on your Apple Watch and press play. Then, return to the Vision Pro Goggles app, and the connection should be set up automatically.
5. After finishing the experience, go to the Apple Watch Healium app and tap the red Stop button to end the session.
Note: You must login to the Healium Mobile app first. Then login to Healium on Apple Vision Pro with the same Healium account that you used on the Healium mobile app.

Check to make sure the Healium app shows on your watch. Go to the ‘watch’ app → ‘My watch’ on the bottom of the screen → scroll down until you see ‘Installed on Apple Watch’ → tap on ‘Healium’ → switch on ‘Show Apple ON Apple Watch.’ You’ll find more searchable troubleshooting tips here: https://www.tryhealium.com/faq/
Ensure the Healium App has health permissions setup for the Healium watch app. If permissions are not granted, then your heart rate will not be sent to the app. If the Healium app still doesn’t show up on your apple watch, open the “Watch” companion app on your iPhone, and scroll down through the My Watch section to the Healium app you’re trying to install. Tap on this app to see the “Show App on Apple Watch” toggle. Flip the switch to off, wait for the app to finish uninstalling, then toggle it back on again to reinstall the Healium app on your apple watch.
If you’ve been switching Healium accounts on the mobile app that could be the reason. The app will sometimes default to the first account that was setup on the Apple watch. The watch sometimes will not switch from a test flight to a production app. Installing and reinstalling usually fixes the issue.
Uninstall and reinstall the app
on your iPhone that is linked to your Apple watch,
-> To Uninstall: Go to the ‘watch’ app → ‘My watch’ on the bottom of the screen → scroll down until you see ‘Installed on Apple Watch’ → tap on ‘Healium’ → switch off ‘Show Apple on Apple Watch.’
-> To Install: Go to the ‘watch’ app → ‘My watch’ on the bottom of the screen → scroll down until you see ‘Installed on Apple Watch’ → tap on ‘Healium’ → switch on ‘Show App on Apple Watch.’
